Agent Assignment in Workflow tasks are not transported with task. Being a client dependent configuration, it is required to be set in each client.

However, it is always better to include all such assignments in a customizing request and later on move that transport request in other systems in the transport layer.

SAP provides Transaction RE_RHMOVE30 to create manual transport link in SAP.

1. Enter Plan version as “01” – Current Plan, Object Type as “TS” – Task and  Object ID as the Task Number for which agent assignment is to be transported

2. From the transport block on screen, Check “Transport” checkbox and Uncheck “Remove” and “Test” checkbox.

3. Select the Record and first click on “Add to transport” and then Click “Transport/ Delete”.

4. A Transport confirmation popup would be generated to provide a customizing request.

The required customizing entries would be stored in Customizing request subtask.
